Senior Content Analyst

• We are looking for a Senior Content Analyst with 2-3 years’ experience in academic teaching in subjects respective to pharmacy and should have hands on experience in developing and conceptualizing content. Senior Content Analyst would drive the content development process by coordinating with the content analysts and SME’s (subject matter expert). He/she should ensure the quality standard of the content and the practice tests. He/she should also coordinate with the subject specific professors and provide support to technical team as and when necessary.

Desired profile:

• Bachelors/ Masters/ doctorate degree in life science with 2-3 years experience in academic teaching.

• He/she should possess excellent communication skill in English, capable enough to get acquainted, zeal to learn and explore new things, knack for creative thinking, proficiency in MS Office, and reasonably aware of the social networking sites.

Content Analyst/Subject Matter Expert

• He/she should possess excellent communication skill in English, listening skills, writing skills, content developing skills and proficiency in MS Office.

As used in this Terms of Use (“Agreement”), “we,” “us,” “our”, and “TGSPL” Global Solutions Private Limited and “you” or “your” shall mean individuals accessing our applications compatible with mobile/tablets (“App”).

This Agreement is binding between you and us governing your use of the APP. By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. We are offering you this app to use for your own personal use, but you should be aware that you cannot send it on to anyone else, and you’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. Your download, installation or use of the App constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the App. If you do not agree with this agreement, you should cease downloading, installing or using the App immediately. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to us. Please ensure that you keep up to date with any changes by visiting teachglobal.com on a regular basis.

1. You are responsible for payment of any costs or expenses incurred as a result of downloading and using the APP, including any operator network and roaming charges. Please check with your service provider for details.
2. To download, install, access or use the App, you must be 18 years of age or over. If you are under 18 and you wish to use download, install, access or use the App, you must get consent from your parent or guardian before doing so. The App shall have right to deny access to user or terminate the services on account of insufficient information or any other reason as regard to following the terms and conditions, the decision shall be binding.
3. All information, content and material, including the software, text, images, graphics, video and audio and the products and services are copyrighted property of TGSPL. All trademarks, services marks, trade names are proprietary to TGSPL. You understand that "teachglobal logo" is a registered trademark owned by TGSPL. This trademark may not be used in any manner without prior written consent of TGSPL. No information, content or material from the our products and services may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without obtaining prior written permission from TGSPL and nothing shall be deemed to confer a license of or any other right, interest or title to or in any of the intellectual property rights belonging to TGSPL. You may own the medium on which the information, content or materials resides, but TGSPL retains full and complete title to the information, content or materials and all intellectual property rights therein.
4. To use the App, You will need to register and obtain an account, username and password by paying the requisite fees and providing other details as requested in the sign-up form. When You register, the information You provide to us during the registration process will help us in offering content, customer service, and network management. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account, username, and password (collectively, Your “Account”) and for all activities associated with or occurring under Your Account. You represent and warrant that Your Account information will be accurate at all times. You must notify us (a) immediately of any unauthorized use of Your Account and any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that You exit from Your Account at the end of each use of the Products. To the extent permissible under applicable law, we cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with the foregoing requirements or as a result of use of Your Account, either with or without Your knowledge, prior to Your notifying us of unauthorized access to Your Account. You may not transfer Your Account to any other person and You may not use anyone else's Account at any time without the permission of the account holder. In cases where You have authorized or registered another individual, including a minor, to use Your Account, You are fully responsible for (i) the online conduct of such individual; (ii) controlling such individual's access to and use of the App; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse.
5. The App may enable you to link or connect you to use functionalities of third-party applications, services or sites that are not owned or controlled by use (collectively “Third Party Applications”). Any Third Party Applications are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third party provider. We have no control over and are not responsible or liable for any matters relating to your dealings or transactions with such third parties and over any third-party content, syndicated content, applications, services, sites, advertisements, links, privacy policies and/or practices of any such third-parties that may be accessible via the APP. It is your responsibility to check the privacy policies and terms of service and usage of all Third Party Applications that you visit prior to downloading or using any such Third Party Applications.
6. The services of the App are solely available for personal use and non-commercial purpose only. You are prohibited and agree not to: (a) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the contents of the SD Card and / or our (b) advertise or sell any products, services, or solicit others (including, without limitation, products, or (c) remove any copyright, trademark registration, or other proprietary notices from the contents of the APP solicitations for contributions or donations) or use any public forum for commercial purposes of any kind entity as determined by TGSPL content in the App which is against public policy (c) use the APP in any way that is unlawful, or harms TGSPL or any other person or (d) post any obscene or vulgar information or photos or videos or any inappropriate (e) defame or harass or threaten other users of the App (f) delete or modify copyrights or trademarks of the App by illegal means (g) delete or intrude or interfere with security related feature of the App (h) do any other act that illegal or unlawful.
7. THE APP, THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES IN THE APP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH ALL FAULTS, WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE APP AND THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES IN THE APP, AND HYPERLINKED WEBSITES. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY NEITHER US NOR OUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY NOR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY.
8. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM ANY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE APP AND THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES IN THE APP AND/OR ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE APP, PRODUCTS/SERVCIES IN THE APP, HYPERLINKED WEBSITES IS TO STOP USING THE APP AND/OR THOSE SERVICES, PRODUCTS/SERVCIES IN THE APP.
9. TGSPL or any of its affiliates or content partners shall have no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to your handset or any other hardware and / or software, including loss of data or effect on the processing speed of the handset, those results from the use of the APP.
10. You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold us, our distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users, and each of the foregoing entities respective resellers, distributors, service providers and suppliers, and all of the foregoing entities' respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives, harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs arising from your use of our APP.
11. In the event of breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by you, you shall be promptly liable to indemnify us for all the costs, losses and damages caused to us as a result of such a breach.
12. In the event of your breach of this Agreement, you agree that we will be irreparably harmed and will not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. We, therefore, shall be entitled in such event to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction immediately upon request. Our right to obtain such relief shall not limit our right to obtain other remedies.
13. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate your Account and access to all or any part of the App, at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. Conversely, you may terminate your Account at any time, for any reason, by deleting your Account on the App.  This Agreement shall survive any termination of your membership. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the App at any time, without prior notice or liability.
14. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
15. You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad and you hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
